What we collect
- Account info from sign-in: your email, Discord ID/username, and your Discord avatar URL (shown to admins managing licenses).
- A one-way fingerprint of your license key (never the raw key) and the HWID string it's bound to. Admin-issued keys are the one exception — those are stored encrypted so you can recover one once from the Dashboard.
- Billing identifiers from Stripe (customer and subscription IDs) — never your card details.
- Basic timestamps: when a license was created and last used to validate.
What we don't collect
The CSVs, proxy lists, and generated accounts HydraGen.exe processes stay on your machine. The only network call from the application is license validation — nothing about what you generate is sent to us.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of processors to run the service, each only for what they need to do their job:
- Clerk — authentication and Discord sign-in.
- Stripe — payment processing and billing.
- Neon (Postgres) — where license and account records are stored.
Retention and deletion
We keep license and account records for as long as your account is active. Email support@hydragen.xyz to request deletion.
Children
HydraGen isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
